Dear Patients and Families,

Out of concern for the health and well-being of our patients, staff, and the community at large during this global pandemic, The Hearing Center of Chestertown will remain closed until further notice.

As health care professionals, we have a role to play in “flattening the curve” by following sound, scientific public health advice to help limit infections and slow the spread of COVID-19. As such, all routine hearing evaluations and non-essential treatment at The Hearing Center of Chestertown is suspended until further notice.

Emergency care will be available for all patients of record. Please contact the office in case of sudden hearing loss or hearing aid emergencies at (410) 778-5170. If you get the answering machine, please leave a clear message with your name and phone number. We will be checking messages daily and do our best to get back to in a timely manner.

We will continue to monitor the latest information and recommendations to determine when it is appropriate to re-open the office.

We will re-schedule all cancelled appointments upon re-opening the office and appreciate your understanding under the current circumstances.

All our best,

Barbara, Stacie, Chris, Jennifer, and Renee
